Student Councils.
Student Councils operate at each centre of the City of Sunderland College.
Each Council is made up of elected representatives from tutorial/academic groups at that specific Centre - these elections take place during the first few weeks of term. The Students' Union has overall responsibility for training student reps (one group session after elections) and provides year-round support and advice to Council.
At the end of the academic year, all Student Councils come together to share their experiences and collaborate for the following year.

STUDENTS' UNION INFORMATION
This is our brand new Constitution - our rules and regulations about what we do, how we do it and who it helps. It's a whole new working document which is easier to understand and much shorter than previous ones. We needed to make sure that we were providing the right support for Student Councils across all our Centres, and this shows that we are.
